Though you can't tell from this photo, the dog kennel room is bigger than it needs to be... That's because when people want to visit their sick dogs, they usually don't want to do so through cage bars, and sometimes the animal is just too sick to be moved very far. We've left plenty of room for blankets and a family to visit with Rover in the kennel area when he is in the hospital.
